Ingredients to make Chicken Biryani Recipe.
- 1. Basmati rice - 5 cups
- 2. Chicken - 800 gms
- 3. Green chilli - 5 pis
- 4. Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
- 5. Chopped tomatoes - 2 tbsp
- 6. Water as needed
- 7. Cardamom - 1 tbsp
- 8. Cinnamon - 1 pis
- 9. Clove - 4 pis
- 10. Star Anise - 1 pis
- 11. Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
- 12. Salt according to taste
- 13. Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- 14. Oil - 7 tbsp
- 15. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- 16. Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
- 17. Hot spices - 1 tsp
Wash the chicken pieces very well and add salt, lentil powder and turmeric powder.
Rice should be washed and soaked in water for 25 minutes
Now you have to put oil in the pressure cooker. When the oil is hot, stir it with all the spices Now add crushed onion, raw chilli and fry till the onion becomes light brown.
Now you have to fry it with ginger garlic paste
Fry with crushed tomatoes till soft Now add chicken pieces and hot spices and a little water (1/4 cup) till soft.
Now you have to sprinkle water and put rice in this chicken
Two cups of rice will require three and a half cups of water Then spread the coriander leaves in it and wait till the sound of two whistles of the cooker
When the steam in the cooker is reduced, the chicken biryani should be served hot.
