Number one

Subject to understanding the market before investment. Before invest on any share you have to do analyse the market.

For example : if you are planning to invest in X share, before investing on X read the previous performance, understood the X share. Then invest if you are sure about X share.

Number two

Don't invest by someone's mouth talk.

If someone tells you, that is the one of best stock in the market, at first judge it. It's really actually works or not.

Number three

Don't go for penny stock. Yes actually sometimes it's the dark side of share market. 

Number four

Understanding the AMC

AMC that is annual maintenance charge that taken by your stock broker to maintain your Demat account. Different different stock broker companies charges different different amount of annual maintenance charges.

Number five

Understanding of brokerage calculator.

Your stock broker may provide you a brokerage calculator where all types of charges mentioned.

Number six

If you are a intraday trader for a holding investor you have to maintain SEBI rules. Read carefully the SEBI rules before investing.

Number seven

Understanding all type of charges like for example DP charges etc.

Number eight

Always check your all email statements that send by NSE or BSE or by your stock broker.
